SHIPPING:

Shipping price includes US Postal Service first class mail shipping fees, packaging and tracking number.We ship 1-2 days after purchase, an email with tracking number will be sent the day package is shipped.

Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 6-21 business days for international orders.

If according to USPS.com, a package has been delivered, OnixJewels Store is not responsible for resending or refunding an item misplaced by USPS. If you would like more than a tracking number (such as a signature confirmation), contact us prior to placing your order.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We only provide tracking numbers to orders within the United States so please order at your OWN RISK. OnixJewels STORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A LOST PACKAGE OR AN ITEM RETAINED BY FOREIGN COUNTRIES CUSTOMS.

EXCHANGES:

We do not allow returns, only exchanges are accepted if item is faulty.

Everything is FINAL SALE if there is a problem or product is damaged please contact us to solve the problem but do know that we inspect everything before it leaves and package it securely.
